• Supervise and monitor all security guards on duty and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Assign daily duties and ensure full coverage of all security posts.
• Monitor access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or accidents, following the company’s emergency procedures.
• Prepare detailed daily reports regarding incidents, attendance, and security observations.
• Coordinate with management and other departments when security support is required.
• Conduct regular inspections of security posts and report any irregularities or breaches.
