JOB PURPOSETo ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by monitoring activities, controlling access, and responding to security incidents in accordance with company policies and safety procedures, including working in rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: Work in rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, as per operational requirements. Control access to the facility by checking identification and authorizing entry of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Conduct regular security inspections of buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas. Report and document security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities accurately and in a timely manner. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches following established procedures. Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies. Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries. Coordinate with management or emergency services when required. Maintain confidentiality of security information and company operations. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Administration or Security Department. Minimum Qualification: High School Certificate. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same security or guarding field. Skills: Good knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations. Ability to work in shifts (day/night). High level of alertness and attention to detail. Strong communication and reporting skills. Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
