Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, QatarWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The Executive Chef will plan and direct all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, with the goal of delivering high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine to guests.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and develop new menus with a focus on traditional Indian dishes
Source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for increasing revenue
RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items while also maintaining consistency in existing dishes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Biometric passport or eligibility for obtaining one
