Packer positions in Al Rayyan

Entry-level packing jobs in the private sector pay QAR 1,800 to QAR 2,500 per month basic salary plus QAR 300 housing allowance as per standard employment contracts approved by the Ministry of Labour in 2026. Overtime is compensated at 125% of hourly rate for weekdays and 150% for rest days. Most contracts include free accommodation and medical insurance.

Foreign workers require an employer-sponsored Work Residence Permit (Article 38 of Law No. 14/2020), valid for 1 year renewable up to 5 years, with application fee QAR 300 paid by employer.
