Employers may prefer basic literacy for safety training, but contracts for roles specify 'no experience needed' with on-the-job training provided within first 30 days. Age eligibility is 18-60 years for migrant workers.

Required documents include passport valid for 6 months, 6 passport photos, job contract attested by Ministry of Labour, medical certificate from approved clinic, and bank statement showing QAR 1,000 minimum wage agreement.
