At LJR Ventures Inc., we have been serving industries since 2004, initially as a supplier of Electrical, Mechanical, and Preventive Chemical Products. Since expanding into the water treatment industry in 2014, we have remained committed to delivering practical, client-focused, and effective solutions tailored to each customer’s unique requirements.

We are currently looking for a Technician/Electrician to join our team and support our operations through the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and related technical services. Applicants with experience or knowledge in motor controls and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are highly preferred.

Job Summary

The Technician/Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The role ensures that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards, while also supporting the company’s water treatment operations and technical services.

Qualifications
• Graduate of a Vocational or Technical Course in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or any related field
• Preferably TESDA-certified NC II or NC III in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
• Preferably with experience or knowledge in motor controls and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Able to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical manuals
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments
• Physically fit and capable of handling fieldwork and lifting equipment when needed
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong adherence to safety procedures
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required

Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with safety codes and company policies
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure operational reliability
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Install and repair electrical control systems, equipment, and power tools
• Install conduits, pipes, and support systems for electrical wiring and cables
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes and safety standards
• Install, replace, and maintain circuit breakers and other electrical components
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation
• Inspect electrical systems and determine necessary repairs or improvements
• Assist in planning and implementation of electrical projects and system upgrades
• Conduct site surveys for new and existing clients
• Support water sampling, water treatment system installation, and other technical services as needed
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management
