Job Description
To act as the key point of contact between the purchasing team, vendors, and the delivery/logistics department. Ensures that purchases are made efficiently, deliveries are scheduled and tracked properly, and communication flows smoothly between all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities:

The Delivery and Purchase Liaison ensures smooth coordination between procurement, suppliers, and logistics by tracking orders, confirming deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to support timely and efficient operations.

Qualifications:
β€’ Must have a valid Driver’s License (able to drive both motorcycle and four-wheeled vehicles; experience driving a truck is an advantage)
β€’ Experience in purchasing is a plus
β€’ Can start immediately
β€’ Work location: Catitipan, Buhangin, Davao City
β€’ Work schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
