About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our client's facilities in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
What you'll be doing
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards
• Assign tasks and schedule work to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the housekeeping team, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and identify any areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping operations
• Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols to create a safe and healthy work environment
• Liaise with clients and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services
