Job Description
Position Title: Driver/ Messenger

Job Summary

The Driver/ Messenger is primarily responsible for providing transportation and delivery support for company operations, including the delivery of equipment, materials, and personnel for shows and events. The position also assists in business support functions such as bank transactions, and collections of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Driving and Logistics
• Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries, pickups, and transportation requirements.
• Transport equipment, materials, and personnel to show sites, events, and client locations.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of company assets and documents.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned company vehicles.
• Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.

Collections and Banking Support
• Perform collection of payments from clients and customers as assigned.
• Deposit collections and company funds to designated bank accounts.
• Securely handle cash, checks, and other payment instruments.
• Submit collection receipts, deposit slips, and supporting documents promptly.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding collection and banking activities.

Administrative and Other Duties
• Deliver and collect company documents from clients, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, collections, and sales activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications
• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Trustworthy and capable of handling cash and confidential documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel as required.
