Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: AREA OPERATIONS OFFICER (AOO)## Position Summary The Area Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all security operations and personnel within a designated geographical area. This role ensures strict compliance with agency standards, client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and statutory regulations (such as PNP-SOSIA mandates). The AOO focuses on maintaining high operational readiness, resolving field issues, and fostering excellent client relations.

Oversight &
• Command
• Field Inspections: Conduct regular, unannounced daytime and nighttime inspections of security detachments to ensure guards are alert, properly uniformed, and performing duties according to Post Orders.
• Logistics &
• Equipment Management: Monitor the condition and accountability of agency-issued properties, including firearms, ammunition, communication radios, surveillance technology, and uniform paraphernalia. Ensure proper maintenance logs are kept.
• Emergency Response: Serve as the first line of command during critical incidents, breaches, or emergencies within the assigned area. Implement contingency plans and coordinate with local law enforcement (PNP) or emergency services when necessary.

• Scheduling: Ensure all posts are adequately manned. Coordinate with detachment commanders or shift supervisors to manage guard attendance, leaves, and sudden vacancies to prevent "no-guard" situations.
• Discipline &
• Performance Review: Implement the agency's disciplinary code for infractions (e.g., sleeping on duty, tardiness, improper uniform). Conduct regular performance evaluations of Security Officers (SOs) and Security Guards (SGs).
• On-Site Training: Identify training gaps and conduct regular pep talks, briefings, and refresher training on customer service, courtesy, emergency procedures, and firearm safety.

• Quality Assurance
• Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients within the area. Conduct regular courtesy calls and meetings to assess client satisfaction and proactively address security concerns.

• Risk Assessment: Periodically assess client premises for vulnerability, hazard, and security risks, and recommend standard operating procedure (SOP) adjustments or physical security upgrades to the client and agency management.

• Report Generation: Prepare and submit timely operational reports, including Daily Shift Reports, Incident Reports (when applicable), and Monthly Operations Summaries to the Operations Manager.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deployed personnel possess valid security licenses, firearms allocations match the approved Licenses to Operate (LTO), and detachment logbooks are properly maintained for audit readiness.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
