Is currently looking for:
SERVICE DRIVER / LIAISON
Job Description:
• Safely transport company personnel, VIPs, and guests to designated locations
• Act as a company liaison for processing documents with government agencies (e.g., permits, licenses, clearances)
• Handle delivery and pick-up of important documents and items
• Ensure timely completion of errands and official transactions
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays
• Assist passengers professionally and courteously
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and transactions
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a driver and/or liaison staff
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Skilled in driving both manual and automatic vehicles (experience with high-end vehicles is a plus)
• Familiar with local routes, traffic patterns, and government office locations
• Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle errands efficiently
• Flexible with working hours when needed
• High level of integrity and professionalism
