Job Description
The Regional Officer is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and successful order fulfilment within an assigned country, while also supporting other countries in the region when required. This is a shift-based and rotational role, where responsibilities may vary daily based on operational needs.

The role involves monitoring orders, ensuring partner satisfaction, managing live operational issues, and coordinating with service providers and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of delivery and home cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full order lifecycle from pickup to delivery within the assigned country.

Ensure all ticket updates strictly follow the SOPs provided by team leaders.

Follow up promptly on delayed or pending orders with service providers.

Track and update order statuses to maintain consistent operational performance.

Handle partner support tickets and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Support daily operations according to shift allocations.

Monitor operations across delivery points and escalate any delays or failures.

Act as a liaison between country operations teams and customer service.

Assist in real-time incident management and operational escalations.

Prepare and submit shift reports summarizing incidents, order performance, and service quality.

Ensure timely execution of pickups and deliveries.

Support training and onboarding of service providers when required.

Communicate directly with partners regarding operational needs.

Provide cross-country operational support during peak hours or emergencies.

Respond to WhatsApp messages in a timely manner.

Monitor new home cleaning orders and follow up accordingly.

Track car wash orders and other service verticals.

Escalate service providers with technical issues to the team leader.

Monitor hourly dashboards and follow up with service providers as needed.

Inform service providers of any compensation cases when applicable.

Requirements

Bahraini nationality (Mandatory)

Must be registered with the Ministry of Labour (MOL)

Eligible for Tamkeen support

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of operations or logistics is an advantage

Pay: RO325.000 per month
