Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are seeking a reliable and capable Administrator to join our Tauranga-based Corporate Services team.Based in our Tauranga office, this role is central to keeping the office running smoothly. You will be a key first point of contact, support day-to-day operations, and assist with a wide range of Corporate activities.Working alongside a collaborative and professional team, no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and contractors at reception.Supporting facilities coordination and contractor management.Coordinating meetings and office events.Managing office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces.Supporting archiving and ad hoc administrative or project work.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys pitching in where needed and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly.Mōu ake | About youYou will have a can-do attitude, maturity, and a strong sense of reliability.
