Job Description
Responsibilities Collect all advised product from the various APL group site customers and bring back to logistics centre ensuring items andpaper work are what have been requested to be collected. Organise and check for accuracy, all outward freight movements, ensuring relevant documentation is maintained, includingensuring that the manifest matches the total orders. Load aluminium and components from logistics centre (APL/ APLM/ Finex/ Inex/ IML/ PPL) onto trucks as required. Load any other items required to be transported onto trucks as required. Load all APL Direct trucks in a safe and secure manner and in such a way to ensure there is no damage to any of theoutgoing product. Provide all required documentation to drivers along with plans and any other paper work that may be required for the day’sdeliveries. Promote effective communication with APL customers and staff at all times. Promote effective communication with APL Direct Night Shift Team Leader on a nightly basis.
