Delivery Driver: Flexible Hours & Instant Pay

As per the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, the minimum wage for packing staff roles in Mexico is MXN 312.00 per day as of January 1 2026 in the general regime. Packing staff receive double pay for the first nine hours of overtime and triple pay beyond that under the Federal Labor Law. This rate applies uniformly to warehouse and distribution center positions without regional variation for this occupation.

As per the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, packing staff may work a maximum of 48 hours per week at regular rates as of 2026. Any hours above 48 require overtime compensation at double the hourly rate calculated from the MXN 312.00 daily minimum. Employers must provide at least one paid rest day every seven days.

As per the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, packing staff positions require completion of secondary education (secundaria) and no prior experience for entry-level roles as of 2026. Workers must be at least 16 years old with a valid CURP and proof of basic literacy for safety instructions. Specialized training in forklift operation adds MXN 45 per hour premium but is not mandatory for standard packing duties.

As per the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, applicants must submit a valid CURP, official ID, proof of address, and secondary school certificate when applying via the Servicio Nacional de Empleo portal. A medical fitness certificate dated within 30 days is required for warehouse roles. Applications without these four documents are rejected within 10 business days.
