We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position of Executive Driver & Trilingual Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Provide safe and professional transportation services for executives and foreign visitors.
• Drive company vehicles, including a 15-passenger van.
• Support communication between Chinese, Mexican, and international teams through verbal interpretation and written translation.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, plant visits, hotels, airports, and business activities.
• Assist expatriate staff with local administrative support and daily operational needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with senior management.
• Support during customer visits, audits, and business events and translation for the operation.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with local traffic regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (International Business, Languages, Administration, or related fields); High school diploma required.
• Advanced Mandarin Chinese, Advanced English, and Fluent Spanish.
• Previous experience in executive driving, executive assistant, translator, or expatriate coordination roles.
• Experience working with Chinese companies or international manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Valid Mexican driver’s license and mandatory experience driving a 15-passenger van.
• Clean driving record and availability for flexible schedules/occasional weekend support.
• High level of discretion, reliability, and service-oriented attitude.
