Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Roti Maker (Baker) for a busy restaurant. If you don’t already know how to handle high- volume work, this is not for you.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook roti, naan, and other flatbreads consistently
• Handle dough preparation, kneading, and portioning
• Maintain speed and quality during peak hours
• Keep work area clean and follow hygiene standards
• Work closely with kitchen team to meet order demand
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a roti maker or tandoor chef
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong understanding of dough handling and cooking techniques
• Physically fit and able to stand long hours
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
Working Conditions:
• Full- time job
• Busy restaurant environment (expect pressure during rush hours)
