Job Description

Role: Alpha Associate

Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit candidates for blue collar and grey collar job positions
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
• Manage candidate relationships and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in blue grey collar recruitment
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
