Hero MotoCorp is seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals for the position of Security Guard at our Jaipur, Rajasthan location. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances to ensure the safety of Hero MotoCorp property.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding security measures.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Security training certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in security services.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrols and handle physical security tasks.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.
