Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Pouch Packing Operator to join our production team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pouch packing machines, ensuring smooth packaging operations, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Operate pouch packing machines efficiently to meet production targets.
✔Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and packaging of products according to company standards.
✔Conduct quality checks to ensure packed products meet required specifications.
✔Monitor and troubleshoot machinery for any operational issues.
✔Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per industry regulations.
✔Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
✔Record production data and report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Experience in operating pouch packing or similar packaging machines.
✔Understanding of quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
✔Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
✔Ability to handle materials efficiently to minimize wastage.

Soft Skills:

✔Attention to detail and accuracy.
✔Good communication and teamwork skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
✔Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.

Education & Certifications:

✔High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔Technical certification in machine operation (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Experience:

✔Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pouch packing or FMCG/ ✔cosmetics/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
✔Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control processes.
