As a Packing Associate and Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Responsibilities: Packing and Preparation: Accurately and efficiently pack orders, ensuring all items are included and properly secured. Verify order contents against packing slips and customer information. Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to safety and quality standards. Order Fulfillment: Process orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders. Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any concerns. Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer issues promptly and fairly, escalating concerns to management as needed. Requirements: Education: 10th pass or above required.
