- Ensure office premises are clean and organized
- Deliver documents within departments
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors
- Maintain pantry supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen/pantry area
- Visit bank/post office when required
- Handle straightforward official outdoor work
