Job Discription
• Survey the route ahead of time to identify potential hazards or obstacles such as low bridges, narrow roads, or sharp turns.
• Control traffic to ensure the safe passage of main Vechicle, often using flags, lights, or other signals to warn oncoming traffic.
• Use CB radios or other communication devices to relay important information about road conditions, traffic, and any immediate dangers.
• In case of an emergency, such as a breakdown or accident, escort drivers provide immediate assistance and coordinate with emergency services if needed.
• Must have a properly equipped vehicle, often including flashing lights, signs, flags, and communication devices.
