As per the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner, the minimum wage for motor vehicle drivers in Zone I (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai) is ₹29,531 per month effective April 1, 2026, including ₹24,210 basic plus ₹5,321 VDA.
