Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and interior design plans Execute work like modular furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and partitions Install fixtures such as wardrobes, kitchen units, and false ceilings Supervise carpentry team and ensure timely project completion Ensure proper finishing, polishing, and detailing of woodwork Maintain quality standards and safety practices on site Coordinate with interior designers, site supervisors, and clients Estimate material requirements and manage wastage Strong carpentry and woodworking skills Knowledge of tools, machines, and materials (plywood, laminate, MDF, etc.) Ability to read technical drawings Attention to detail and finishing quality Time management and team handling Basic understanding of interior design concepts
