Leisure Guard Security is seeking professional and experienced Security Officers to represent a globally recognised luxury brand in the heart of Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile security operation where discretion, vigilance, and exceptional customer service are key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and security of staff, clients, and luxury assets on-site
• Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with the luxury brand’s values
• Conduct regular patrols, monitoring, and incident reporting
• Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems (where applicable)
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
• Work closely with store management and brand representatives to maintain a secure and welcoming environment

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within retail, hospitality, or high-end/luxury environments
• A valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional appearance and manner
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:
• Experience dealing with VIPs or high-net-worth individuals
• First Aid certification
• Conflict management training
