Job Description
Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Malmaison.

Rate of Pay / Hours: £31,500 plus Tronc, 45 hours.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time.

Location: Malmaison Leeds.

You will:
• Have experience of working within a fast-paced F&B operation.
• Experience running functions, meetings, private dining and drinks receptions.
• Strong restaurant experience. Bar knowledge desirable.
• Some wine knowledge desireable.
• Experience in hotel F&B operations desireable.
• Understanding of catering costs, GP and labour control.
• Experience in rotaing.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.

You will report directly to our F&B manager and be responsible for driving excellent service standards within our brasserie and events spaces. You will also be responsible for completing duty manager shifts within the hotel. Weekend work and flexibility essential.
