Job Description
Front of House Team Member (Full-Time)

Formosa Izakaya is looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our restaurant in Birmingham city centre.

Responsibilities
• Welcome and serve customers.
• Take food and drink orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help keep the restaurant clean and organised.
• Work as part of a friendly team.

Requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential.
• Able to commit to permanent full-time work on a long-term basis, including evenings and weekends.
