Job Description
SR Plumbing is building a trusted network of Subcontractor Reactive Plumbers across Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

This work is focused on domestic reactive maintenance: leaks, toilets, taps, radiators, pipework, cylinders and general plumbing faults. It will suit experienced subcontractors who want regular work opportunities, clear job details and a professional office team behind them.
Responsibilities
• Attend reactive plumbing maintenance jobs for domestic customers and selected managed properties.
• Deal with leaks, faulty taps, toilets, pipework issues, cylinders, radiators and general plumbing faults.
• Diagnose problems quickly and complete practical repairs to a clean standard.
• Provide clear updates when parts, follow-on work or specialist support are needed.
• Keep customers informed and represent SR Plumbing professionally on every visit.
• Submit clear job notes, photos and completion details after each appointment.
• Manage your own availability and respond reliably to accepted subcontractor work.
Requirements
• Experienced reactive maintenance plumber with strong domestic repair knowledge.
• Own tools and ability to work independently on day-to-day plumbing faults.
• Public liability insurance or willingness to put suitable cover in place before starting work.
• Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.
• Confident dealing directly with customers in occupied homes.
• Able to provide clear job notes, photos and updates for office records.
Desirable experience
• Experience with landlord, letting agent or managed property maintenance.
• Confidence working on cylinders, radiators, small pipework alterations and fault diagnosis.
