Job Description
Not all plumbing jobs are the same.

If you're the type of plumber who enjoys fault finding, solving problems, meeting different customers every day and taking pride in leaving a property better than you found it, we'd like to hear from you.

Masterfix is one of London's leading property maintenance companies, looking after some of the capital's most prestigious residential developments, private homes, managing agents and commercial clients. Our engineers are trusted to work in high-end apartments, luxury homes and landmark buildings where professionalism and technical ability matter just as much as your plumbing skills.

We're looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team.

This isn't a new-build installation role. Every day is different. One morning you could be tracing a concealed leak in a penthouse apartment, followed by repairing a booster pump, replacing a faulty shower valve or restoring hot water for a family who need you there quickly. If you enjoy variety, technical challenges and working independently, you'll thrive here.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' plumbing experience who can confidently diagnose faults, communicate with customers and complete work to an exceptionally high standard without needing constant supervision.

You'll become part of our emergency call-out team, taking part in a 1-in-3 out-of-hours rota. In return, you'll join a company that genuinely values its engineers, keeps you busy throughout the year and provides the support you need to deliver outstanding service.

You'll need extensive experience in reactive plumbing maintenance, excellent fault-finding ability, strong customer service skills and the confidence to work across a wide variety of domestic and commercial plumbing systems. Experience with unvented cylinders, boosted water systems, pumps, valves and communal heating systems would be highly advantageous.

We offer opportunities on both a self-employed and PAYE basis, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that best suits you. Whichever route you choose, you'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, a steady pipeline of work and a supportive operations team that understands what it takes to keep engineers productive.

At Masterfix, we don't just fix properties—we build long-term relationships with our clients through exceptional service, professionalism and technical excellence. That's why we're looking for engineers who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the experience they leave behind.

If you're an experienced maintenance plumber looking for a fresh challenge with one of London's most respected property maintenance companies, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of a company that's raising the standard of property maintenance across London.
