Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operatives to join our team on our customers site in Shield Road M28 Worsley, Manchester. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in an office/factory and high profile showroom environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors. This role requires effective communication, a strong work ethic and a reliable and conscientious approach to your work as well as excellent levels of attention to detail.

Hours of work are 7*.00am to 9.30am, Monday to Friday. Total 12.5 hours* per week paid monthly. There will be a team of three (3) Operatives on site.

Responsibilities
• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Flexibility to work overtime to cover for holidays and absence is a critical part of this role. Candidates who can not offer this will not be considered.

Experience
• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is essential.
