Danhamz Letting Agency is looking for reliable, dependable, and energetic people to join our housekeeping team.

This is a part-time position.

We may require availability for weekends and evening work to cover special events.

Responsibilities

- Performing a range of cleaning tasks including hoovering, dusting, mopping and cleaning washroom facilities.

- Completing Airbnb cleans to a high standard, ensuring properties are guest-ready and meet company quality standards.

- Working across a number of different areas and types of properties including block communal areas, student accommodation/shared houses, serviced apartments, etc.

- Tracking and performing maintenance tasks such as routine inspections.

- Operating cleaning machinery such as dishwashers and washing machines.

- Maintaining supplies and ensuring properties are always stocked with the appropriate cleaning products.

- Washing and ironing.

- Making minor repairs and adjustments when required.

- Updating management on any issues or larger repairs that need to be fixed.

Location & Commitments

- The role is based in Leeds, but you will be required to travel to other areas such as Manchester, Halifax and Huddersfield.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday.

- Overtime may be required during peak times and on weekends.

- Mileage for work-related travel will be paid by the company.

- All cleaning products and equipment will be provided by the company.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar cleaning position is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

- A driving license and your own car are essential.

- Ability to be flexible, work efficiently and manage your time well is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be thorough and pay good attention to detail.

- The ability to work alone without supervision is a must.
