Job Introduction

As a Relief Cleaning Operator with Sodexo, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across the site. This role provides essential cover during periods of absence, helping to ensure continuity of service and consistently high cleaning standards.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across designated areas, ensuring all hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, flexible, and takes pride in their work, with a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.

What you’ll do:
• Carry out general housekeeping duties, ensuring all areas are cleaned to agreed SLA standards
• Support and assist in the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services, including team support where required
• Provide flexible cover across multiple sites and shifts, including holidays, sickness, and weekends
• Maintain a high level of awareness to protect site integrity, assets, and overall security
• Deliver excellent customer service, communicating in a polite, professional, and friendly manner, and handling feedback appropriately
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health & safety, reporting incidents, and completing any additional tasks or training as required

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role
