About Us

We are a trusted and professional security provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across the region. We are now seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team, based at a storage warehouse site in Birmingham.

The Role

This is a full-time Static Security position, which is to provide out-of-office hours security coverage throughout the week. The role is critical in monitoring the property to ensure that everything is safe and secure on-site, while representing both our company and the client with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Access control management – monitoring entry/exit points.

Patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security.

Monitoring CCTV systems.

Logging all activities, observations, and incidents accurately.

Liaising with emergency services when required.

Maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times.

Key Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (essential).

Minimum of 1 year’s security experience (preferred).

Strong communication and observation skills.

Ability to work independently and remain alert during evening shifts.

Willingness to undergo full vetting, including 5 years of employment history (or since leaving school, whichever is shorter).

Schedule

Monday to Friday

17:00 – 09:00 (evening shifts)

24 hour coverage for the weekends

09:00 - 21:00 (day shifts) or 21:00 - 09:00 (evening shifts)
