Gilmartins is expanding β€” and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as Elite Operatives.

We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Sutton – must be willing to work in all areas) in the following trade:
β€’ Plumber multi trade, that has basic carpentry skills, electrics (like-for-like), patch plastering and tiling.

Experience Required

Applicants must have:
β€’ Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
β€’ Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
β€’ Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
β€’ Strong communication skills
β€’ Experience working in occupied properties
β€’ Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
