About the Role

WPS are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Foot Mobile Engineer (Plumber) to join our team supporting our prestigious Landmark contract in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of high-profile buildings, delivering high-quality maintenance services while travelling between sites on foot.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
• Diagnose and repair faults across a range of commercial plumbing systems
• Work across multiple sites within the Landmark portfolio (foot mobile)
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate records of work completed via PDA systems
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and report any additional works or system improvements

What We're Looking For
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing (essential)
• Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Basic knowledge of building services systems (desirable)
• Health & Safety awareness (IOSH/CSCS desirable but not essential)
