Job Description
Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Picking & Despatch) to work with one of our Chesterfield-based clients.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This role will focus on picking customer orders, preparing goods for despatch and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, good attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude. HME certification is desirable but not essential.

Details – Warehouse Operative (Picking & Despatch)

£13.45 per hour

Monday to Thursday: 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Friday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM

Onsite Parking

Immediate Start Available

Duties Include

Picking customer orders accurately

Packing products ready for despatch

Labelling and preparing shipments

Assisting with goods in and stock replenishment

Carrying out quality checks on orders

Maintaining accurate warehouse records

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience

Picking and packing experience preferred

Good attention to detail

Reliable and trustworthy attitude

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

HME certification desirable but not essential

Good understanding of health and safety procedures
