About us

Stax Trade Centres have an excellent job opportunity for a self-motivated and dedicated individual for the role of Full Time 39 Hour, Picker/ Packer at our Glasgow branch.

In this role, you’ll be accurately picking, packing, and invoicing orders for our range of customers throughout the UK. As we operate from a cash and carry warehouse the role of picker/packer expands to shop floor assistant when needed during our quieter periods.

What are we looking for in you?

· Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

. Forklift experience preferred.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing your schedule and prioritising tasks effectively.

· Basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Picking customer orders in an accurate and timely manner

· Pallet wrapping

· Manual handling whilst adhering to strict health and safety guidelines

· Invoicing customer orders

· Cash handling/ till operation

· Label, pricing, and POS duties

· Stock rotation/ putting out stock deliveries

· Great organisation skills

· Computer literacy

· Excellent time management

· Good numeracy skills
