A prestigious manufacturing business in the West Midlands is looking for Skilled TIG Aluminium Welders who are flexible to work rotating shifts.

Please do not apply unless you're an Aerospace TIG welder. Aerospace TIG welders are the only candidates who will be considered based on the client's requirements.
The role involves thin wall welding of stainless steel, Inconel and aluminium, so, you must have experience working with these materials. Experience in welding thin gauge material is essential.
Job Description:
Read and understand engineering drawings
Adhere to technical specifications
Self-inspection of welds following initial training
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be apprentice trained; time served with City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in welding.
Previous welding experience in thin gauge Aluminium, Inconel or Stainless Steel
Good team member
Ability to communicate with colleagues
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
Must have worked within the aerospace sector
37 hours standard hours, with regular overtime available once test pieces have been assessed and passed. Overtime is paid at enhanced weekday and weekend rates.
The roles can last up to for multiple years, with the opportunity to convert onto a permanent contract possible at certain junctures.
