Hours: 48 hours per week 12 hour shifts

Job Overview

A Front House Officer is responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance
• Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
• Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building
• Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions, escalating where necessary
• Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests, ensuring all have a pleasant experience

Requirements
• A valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding (essential)
• A valid CCTV Licence (essential)
• Right to work in the UK
• First Aid and Fire Marshal training (preferable)
• Flexible, committed and punctual
• Excellent concentration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and deal with emergencies
• Customer Service experience
• An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
