About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting into the Club management team and as the friendly face of the member experience you will:
• Be the main point of contact for the member’s entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that Ned’s Club is known for
• Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menus, you’ll answer all queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect meal
• Even when not directly interacting with our guests you will be in full view so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy
• Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests
• Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm
• Collaborate with our membership relations team where necessary, providing members with an amazing experience every time is your top priority
• Build rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience – storing this information on our reservations system for future visits
• In Ned’s Club Upstairs shifts vary from breakfast shifts to late finishes
• Ned’s Club Downstairs, The Vault, is a late night cocktail lounge so shifts will be evenings finishing as late as 3am

• Great all-round food and drinks knowledge is an advantage, but we can teach you everything you need to know about our menus
