Location: West Midlands (Occupied Social Housing)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week

Contract: 2–3 months (sick cover) with potential extension and possible permanent role

Pay: Up to £25.50 per hour

Your new company

A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi‑Trade to carry out day‑to‑day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short‑term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long‑term employment.

Your new role
• Responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes
• Fixing leaks, pipework, taps, wastes, cylinders and sanitary ware
• Basic multi‑trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery and making good
• Working independently across local housing stock

What you'll need to succeed
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
• Previous experience in social housing reactive maintenance
• Own van and tools preferred (option for van provision later)
• Strong plumbing skills with multi‑trade capability
