Now we're looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager to help shape what comes next.

This isn't simply about running service. It's about leading people, creating memorable experiences, developing an exceptional team and helping drive the continued success of our restaurant.

Working alongside our General Manager, you'll lead from the floor every day while playing a genuine role in the future growth of the business. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas, build relationships and help create the kind of hospitality guests remember long after they've left.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the driving force behind our front of house operation, ensuring every guest receives the exceptional experience Elements is known for.

Alongside leading service, you'll:
• Inspire, mentor and develop an ambitious front of house team
• Deliver seamless, polished service with warmth and personality
• Build genuine relationships with returning guests and create memorable experiences
• Drive beverage sales, wine pairings and premium dining experiences through confident recommendations
• Work closely with the kitchen to deliver exceptional service from start to finish
• Recruit, train and coach the next generation of hospitality professionals
• Help grow repeat business, private dining, events and Chef's Counter experiences
• Build relationships within the local community, hotels, businesses and hospitality partners to attract new guests
• Contribute ideas that help Elements continue to evolve

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have real influence over the guest experience, the team and the future direction of the business.

What we're looking for

deally, you'll bring:
• Experience within a Michelin Guide, AA Rosette or similarly ambitious hospitality environment
• WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge (or a willingness to achieve it with our support)
• Strong food, wine and cocktail knowledge, with a genuine curiosity to keep learning
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing hospitality teams
• Natural warmth, confidence and professionalism, even under pressure
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding how exceptional hospitality, genuine sales and guest relationships drive a successful business
• Confidence identifying opportunities to increase revenue through thoughtful recommendations, repeat business, private dining, events and premium experiences without ever compromising the guest experience
• A passion for continuous learning and the ambition to grow alongside the business
