Remedial Plumber – Leeds

£34000-£36000 + Van + Benefits + Overtime

Specialist Building Services Consultancy who provide a host of services, are currently looking for 2x Remedial Plumbers to join their compliance team and cover projects around the North and North-East of the UK. Some sites may take you out of this region, but this would be infrequent.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber role, the successful candidate will come with the following background.
• 5+ years post qualification experience working as a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber carrying out PPM, reactive and where needed upgrades/small installs.
• Have a stable career track record demonstrating longevity and commitment to all client contracts that they work on.
• Be experienced working on commercial sites including offices, health care, education and retail.
• Be Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing as a minimum.
• Full driving license and be DBS checked (enhanced preferred).
• Basic knowledge of legionella compliance would be beneficial, but training is provided.

The Remedial Plumber will work on a range of sites, will where possible be given regional work and will carry out duties including – PPM, deadleg removals and capping, stabbing points, TMV install/servicing, pipe refits/existing modifications, routine water hygiene monitoring and testing.
