Job Description
Be part of something from the very beginning.

PlaK8 Security was founded on a simple belief: the security industry needs more women in front-line roles. We're building a company that creates those opportunities while setting a higher standard of professionalism, presence, and service.

We're now assembling our founding team for our first client engagement at an established private venue in Central London. Join us at the start, and help shape what comes next.
The Role

• Front-of-house security at a private venue in the Leicester Square area, working closely with venue management.
• Evening shifts: 8:30pm to 3:30am, with all briefing and handover time fully paid.
• £150 per shift, paid on a self-employed, invoice basis.
• An opportunity to grow with the company as we expand into corporate, close protection, and private client security.
What We're Looking For

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Sound judgement, professionalism, and a calm, confident presence.
What We Offer

• Full BS 7858 screening, arranged and funded by PlaK8 through an NSI-accredited screening provider.
• Ongoing professional development and support with further SIA qualifications.
• A company invested in your long-term career, not simply the next shift.

PlaK8 Security operates under Section 158 of the Equality Act 2010 (Positive Action). We are committed to increasing the representation of women in the security profession and warmly encourage female applicants. All appointments are made on merit, based on suitability, capability, and judgement.

Apply with your CV and SIA licence number. We'd be delighted to meet you.
