Job Description
We are a strong expanding Restaurant group, and including 4 operations with a new restaurant opening planned to be based in the City of London

The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving seasonal regional starters and re-invented homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.

As a testimony of our standards and quality of food we have been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for the past 5 years.

Currently we are looking to recruit a full time Sous Chef, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good supervisory skills, passionate about food and a team player.

The Sous Chef will receive:

·A basic annual salary between £45,000 & £50,000 per year and depending on experience.

·Support the Head Chef in managing a team of 15/16 Chefs

·The hours of work are around 48 per week and over 5 days

·Lots of opportunities for growth and development
