Role Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales strategies, managing existing accounts, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will mentor and lead the sales team to drive overall business growth.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and account management skills Strategic planning and business development expertise Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Proficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needs Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning services or related industry Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
