Electrical Technician

As per the Ministry of Manpower, the minimum wage for plumbers in Egypt is 7,500 EGP per month as of January 2026, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 48 hours per week. Employers must pay this amount directly into a bank account by the 7th of each month.

As per the Ministry of Manpower, applicants need a technical diploma from a vocational training institute plus 2 years of documented experience or a 3-year apprenticeship certificate to register as a plumber. No university degree is accepted in place of these qualifications.

As per the Ministry of Manpower, submit a national ID, technical diploma, 2 years experience certificate, and a medical fitness report issued within the last 30 days to the local manpower office. Applications must be filed in person between 9am and 2pm on working days.
