We are currently hiring experienced professionals in Export Sales / Export Operations to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and developing export activities, ensuring product quality, and driving business growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
β€’ Conduct international market research and analyze global market trends
β€’ Develop and implement export strategies based on market needs and customer requirements
β€’ Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and business growth
β€’ Evaluate suppliers and ensure product quality aligns with export standards
β€’ Monitor sorting, packaging, and quality control processes
β€’ Ensure products meet export specifications and international requirements
β€’ Manage the full export cycle from negotiation to shipment
β€’ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements
β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience in exporting frozen vegetables and fruits
β€’ Strong understanding of international markets and export processes
β€’ Excellent command of English
β€’ Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
β€’ Experience in quality control and supplier evaluation is a plus
β€’ Familiarity with New Cairo is preferred
β€’ Ability to acquire clients from the European market, either through an existing network or by independently identifying and developing new European customers.
