Job Description
Eva Cosmetics is currently hiring a Filling & Packaging Senior Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who can lead filling and packaging operations, ensure high-quality production, and support our commitment to efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across our production lines. Key Responsibilities• Supervise the full filling and packaging process from work order release to final product delivery and closure.• Ensure availability, accuracy, and readiness of all production materials, documentation, and approved packaging equipment prior to operation.• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO standards, Line Clearance requirements, and quality procedures throughout all production stages.• Monitor production performance to achieve planned quantities with high quality while minimizing losses, deviations, and downtime.• Lead, train, and evaluate filling and packaging operators, ensuring adherence to PPE, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.• Prepare and submit production reports, update production systems, and coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve operational issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Agriculture or Science Min. 2 years of related experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceuticals Industry Strong Knowledge of Good English Language
